3. Hosting & infrastructure

Kneecap.care runs on the following providers:

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage, hosted in Frankfurt (Germany).
• Vercel — application hosting and serverless functions, pinned to the Frankfurt (fra1) region.
• Resend — transactional e-mail delivery, hosted in Ireland.
• OVHcloud — DNS for the domain and the contact mailbox, hosted in the European Union.

4. Development notice

Kneecap.care is in active development. You use it at your own risk: features may change, errors may occur, and documents (invoices, proforma invoices, offers, QR-bills) may be generated incorrectly. You are responsible for checking every document before you send or rely on it, and the operator accepts no liability for damages caused by incorrectly generated documents or by unavailability of the service.

5. Commercial register / VAT

Not registered; no VAT number (the service is currently free of charge).

6. Dispute resolution

Swiss law; the courts at the operator's seat in Pfäffikon SZ, Switzerland have exclusive jurisdiction; no consumer arbitration body is used.
